About
Germany-born but raised in Italy, Beatrice is coming from a design and communication background; creativity and curiosity have always been her life motive. She discovered yoga in a period of massive change where finally she found herself grounding back into the yoga mat. Moved by her curiosity, she undertook her first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Italy - simply to deepen her knowledge both spiritually and physically. After completing the course, she immediately started teaching to absolve the desire to share with others the benefits that yoga brought into her life, hoping that others could experience the same in their life too. In 2012, Beatrice completed Baron Baptiste Level 1 in Sedona (AZ) and in 2013 Level 2 in Tulum (Mexico) with Baron Baptiste, himself. Over the last years, she has traveled around Europe to expand her knowledge attending workshops with many teachers such as Kathryn Budig and Tiffany Cruikshank. Beatrice also supplemented her studies with a Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher training in order to fully help women in these precious stages of transition and development. Beatrice's mantra is "let it be" - this means living a life without attachment to fully exist in the present moment. Allowing people, situations, yourself just being as they are - cultivating acceptance, instead of using energy to try to change them. Beatrice is a advocate of using energy to plant seeds for happiness in all its meanings. Today, Beatrice is a proud wife, mum, yoga practitioner and teacher. A life lover. Photo of my husband, Gianluca, and my Daughter, Olivia: they have my heart. I am thankful each and every single day to have them in my life. |
