Eline is a 500 hours RYS certified Yoga teacher. Qualified in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, she combines these different techniques in her classes, thus creating a safe, challenging and peaceful environment. With her wide experience in meditation, she offers you the right atmosphere to turn inwards, be fully in the moment and connecting body, heart and mind.
Eline teaches Yin Yoga at Studio 191. Her Yin Yoga class is a perfect complement to the dynamic yang style of vinyasa yoga Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
