Erin’s fascination with the movement of the body began during University, through her studies in Kinesiology.
Throughout her own ten year long yoga journey, she discovered the spiritual shift that yoga provides. She aims to pass on her deep knowledge of yogic theory, philosophy and anatomy to help her students discover their own shift as well. Erin brings a playful sequencing of asanas, a compassionate mind and touch and a love of the practice to each of her classes.
"When I'm on the mat, it is almost as if nothing else matters. It is the ability to release the mind and limitations of the physical body, push past any type of fear you may be holding on to and with this, constantly making new discoveries within the self. These feelings are what keeps me coming back to the mat. Every single day we have something different to offer and it is up to us to discover what it is we can provide to not only others, but most importantly ourselves.
