- Wear comfortable clothing + shoes that you can run, stretch + sweat in
- Keep hydrated before + after your run
- Arrive 5 - 15 minutes before the class to stretch
- We meet at Studio 191 (where you can change, leave you bags + coats, etc.) and we start + finish our run from here.
